This plan is for both beginners who are just now getting started and individuals more familiar with the process. This plan comes complete with personal guidance and weekly alterations for your beginning or final 12-weeks of prep (Men's Physique, Women's Bikini and Women's Figure Only). This program includes a customized competition meal plan, supplementation plan, posing tips, and personal workout regimen. This is a goal we can achieve together, so let’s get started!
